We organize every run into multiple pace groups so you can run comfortably with others at your speed. From casual walkers to competitive runners, there's a place for you.
15:00+ min/mile
Perfect for beginners, recovery runs, or those who prefer a conversational pace.
10:00-12:00 min/mile
Our most popular group! Great for building endurance and meeting new runners.
8:00-10:00 min/mile
For experienced runners training for races or looking for a challenge.

First time joining us? Here's what you need to know to have a great experience.
Come 10-15 minutes before start time to meet the group, find your pace team, and do a quick warm-up.
Wear comfortable running shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water for longer runs.
Don't be shy! We're a friendly bunch. Let the pace leader know you're new and we'll make sure you're comfortable.
Not sure which group to join? Start with a slower pace—you can always speed up on future runs!
Each pace group has a leader who knows the route. Stick together and enjoy the social aspect!
This is about community, not competition. Enjoy the run, make friends, and celebrate your effort!
